1. Delivery:
   Delivery time is between 5 and 28 days. Every effort will be made to execute orders promptly. No responsibility lies with the company for delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances.
   
   
2. Claims:
   Good travel at buyer's sole risk. Breakage or short delivery must be notified within 2 days after receipt of goods.
   
   
3. Property:
   All goods remain our sole property until full payment of all amounts owing to the company are received.
   
   
4. Terms:
   First order - cheque with order, Mastercard/Visa/American Express/ Switch/Delta. Repeat order with payment, or nett 7 days of receipt of goods.
   
   
5. Prices:
   Prices are liable to alteration and are subject to excise duty and currency fluctuations. V.A.T. is charged seperately.
   
   
6. Replacement:
   All goods are subject to stocks remaining unsold. We reserve the right to replace sold out wines by other similar in quality and price.
   
   
7. Costs:
   In case of payment overdue for more than 4 weeks from the date of invoice the company reserves the right to charge interest at 1% above current bank rates. The buyer will also be charged with any cost incurred in the recovery of the outstanding debt.
   
   

The parties agree that any claim or dispute arising from this order shall be deemed to be within the jurisdiction of the Nottingham County Court.

Agents are only entitled to accept payment in cash with prior authorisation from management.

Cheques should be made payable to "Jakob Gerhardt Fine Wines Ltd." and crossed "NON NEGOTIABLE. A/C PAYEE ONLY".

The company shall not be liable for any verbal agreements altering the above terms.
